Insurance covers damage or loss of the item while en-route to the buyer, and not any shipping and handling costs. The service does NOT cover damage, loss or theft AFTER delivery by the shipping carrier. If an insurance claim is necessary, no refund is given until the claim process is completed, and the amount of the refund will be the lesser of the final bid value of the item, or the credit given by the carrier.

The fees listed above are applicable regardless of the shipping carrier used. Items cannot be made available for local pick-up, and items will not be shipped on a buyer's carrier account. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses is available at extra cost to the buyer, and those buyers with questions about costs associated with shipments to those locations should ask before the end of auction.
