Restless Souls LLC IMMACULATE CONCEPTION STERLING SILVER CHAPLET ROSARYVINTAGE SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL~VINTAGE STERLING & CRYSTAL MEDAL Handmade Sterling Silver Rosary Chaplet Immaculate Conception Rosary Chaplet Vintage Swarovski Crystal and Vintage Creed Mary Miraculous Medal by Restless Souls LLC The Chaplet of the Immaculate Conception consists of 3 groups of 4 beads, with a medal of the Immaculate Conception attached to the end. It was composed by St. John Berchmanns, S.J. and recited by him daily to obtain, through the intercession of Mary, the grace never to commit any sin against the virtue of purity. About The Chaplet The chaplet measures 7 5/8" long. The vintage Creed medal is sterling silver and is marked sterling on its back. It was made by Creed, a well known and well respected manufacturer of fine religious goods. It is a substantial medal with good weight. The front of the medal has the image of Mary's body -- at the bottom the words, "Ave Maria." It measures approximately 1 1/8" long and is in good condition for its age with a warm and lovely patina - which I believe only adds to its beauty! On its back is the image of Jesus and His Sacred Heart. I enjoy collecting vintage holy medals and incorporating them into chaplets and rosaries, returning them to the service of prayer. As soon as I saw this medal, I knew that it would make a wonderful rosary! The center measures 7/8" long. The blue beads measure 7mm and are vintage West German crystal. The clear crystal beads measure 8mm and are vintage Swarovski Article 5300 and date over 40 years old. Swarovski crystal, produced in Austria, is known world-wide for its quality, depth of color and sparkle. To ensure authenticity, I purchased these crystals in the original manufacturer's packaging. All sterling silver connector, eyepins, jumprings and chain. Saying the Chaplet of the Immaculate Conception In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen. Then on the larger crystal AB bead say: Our Father: and on the four blue smaller beads: Hail Mary, adding each time: Blessed be the pure, most holy and Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 3rd - I thank Thee, O Holy Ghost Eternal, for having by Thy love preserved Mary, most holy, Thy Blessed Spouse from the stain of original sin. Then on the larger crystal AB bead say: Our Father: and on the four blue smaller beads: Hail Mary, adding each time: Blessed be the pure, most holy and Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
