COLLECTOR'S ALERT~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A magnificent Imperial German 4 piece WW1 medal bar with German Iron Cross second class *near mint with maker mark on lug loop <-> rare [WS] for manufacturer WAGNER und SOHN, Berlin, Germany. This maker is listed as "Imperial Court" appointed and considered by most as being a top producers of this highly prized military award for bravery. This EK2 is made in the traditional three part method having 2 silver frames and magnetic iron center core. Included on this most excellent medal bar is the extremely rare with combatant ribbon Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt-Sonerhausen War Merit 1914 medal in silver! and the Hindenburg WW1 1914-1918 "Honor" cross with swords given to those who served at the frontlines and the Hungarian WW1 1914-18 War Merit "Valor-Bravery" medal with swords given for frontline service. The medal bar itself is original and has the cloth backing with perfect pin and catch! All medals and ribbons in this auction are 100% authentic.
