You are looking at a VERY large and HARD TO FIND cake plate on a pedestal. This is a georgeous piece that is in very good condition, no chips, etc. I'm told it dates from 1935 to the 1950's & I think that to be true. It is very large & very heavy at 5"h. x 14" dia. Only shows a little sign of use on the top with wear marks on the bottom. This would make a beautiful add to any table setting or any collection. I was told it was Imperial Lace Edge pattern. Shipping may seem higher on this piece but that is to cover the extra packing & larger box that it will need. Should this not be Imperial & you might know who it is would you please let me know? I am going by what was told me.
