Very important seven piece sterling repousse teaset service made by "S. Kirk & Son." This amazing set consists of three graduated teapots, a sugar and creamer, waste bowl and syrup jug. Each piece is extensively decorated with flowers, leaves, trees, castles, homes, birds, dogs, deer and hunters. The workmanship is simply incredible. Notice the ram's heads on the top corner of each handle! This is part of an important collection of sterling silver from an estate in Chatham, Massachusetts. The original owners claimed it was used to serve tea when the Pope met with President Reagan in Alaska during the 1980's. It is the finest set we have ever had!
