This sterling silver ladle is an old form that is oriented along the horizontal, so it functions like a scoop. It is 8 1/4" long and weighs 1.8 T. oz. The pattern is Jenny Lind. This design is associated with Albert Coles, but this piece carries only the retailer's stamp, S. Hammond & Co., along with the word Sterling. T is a splendid 2 1/2" diameter shell form bowl. This has a flat heel, which adds to the design interest. The front is monogrammed "Hanks" in script. The piece is in mint condition. The pattern is crisp, the bowl is flawless, and the finish is immaculate.Shipping is $ 4.25 for USPS Priority mail, insurance optional.
