This is an old dead eye we found at an estate sale. Photos show the true color! Just the wood part measures about 7 inches wide and 4+1/2 inches thick. It has a lot of wear and tear, termite holes or worm holes, and cracks in the wood. The wood is worn and weathered. They used these for sailboats a long long time ago in the sailboat industry. It would be a great addition to a collection of maritime items or just a great decoration piece! We are in no way experts about sailboat parts but we learning as we go.We accept Paypal.
