My discovery of packed away Hull pottery is overwhelming. I have uncovered six large boxes, many of which contain four or five of the same style piece. I will continue to list these items until my storage area is cleared. Enjoy these precious old pieces of the past.
Up for bid is a vintage Hull Woodland matte ewer with the yellow center in the flower that is 13 1/2" tall. This is one of those pieces that is seldom found, especially in this condition. It is guaranteed to be an original Hull from the 1940s. It is marked Hull Art USA W-24 - 13 1/2". T are no cracks, chips, hairlines, or repairs and only very light crazing. The only "flaw" came with it from the plant--some clay was left at the bottom of the inside of the ewer. I tried to get a photo, but I could not get my camera to focus t This is truly an incredible find. Shipping is via priority mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is required. The post office now charges a balloon rate for an oversize box (which this large vase requires) to certain zones in the US. I have entered all the data into the shipping calculator but think that the cha rges shown by eBay are too much. If you would like to check the actual shipping fee for this vase, go to .
