This is an incredible antique carved ivory hand mirror with a full angel handle and another angel peering over the top. It has blackened initial and an armoral symbol on the back, the initials look to be "FSS" or "FSL". The carvings are very fine showing each individual detail. It measures approx. 12" long x 6 1/4" across with the handle angel measuring 5 1/2" tall. It is in very good condition with evidence of glue on the back of the top angel with cracks on the front top wings around it and slight shrinkage around the outside w the two halves were joined(see photos), otherwise no chips, no other cracks, breaks or repairs other than mentioned. The mirror surface is good and useable. Note insurance is required. Due to US regulation I am only able to ship within the USA.
