All coins photographed are what you are buying! It would be a real shame to break up this terrific collection of my deceased uncle but if you are inclined to do so here are some points of interest: a. The Barber series only lasted from 1892-1915 b. If you underjudged the grade of most of these 76 halves coins you would go no lower than a Good rating which means on average that the the coins would retail at is $1672.00 c. If you did the same thing with the quarters it would come out to$160.00. d. If once again you used the same estimate for the dimes it would come out to $340.00 e. Total in silver alone is $2172.00 f..Pay particular attention to the last two photos, they are in such an amazing condition that they may be worth the whole lot. g. If this recession wasn,t so bad I'd wait till silver jumped again to $60.00 an oz. (and it will) and keep the whole thing for myself.(close to $36.00 today) h. The last word I have to add is that this auction will run three days as opposed to my one days and I'll have to start the bid at $550.00. This is for serious buyers only. This is one hell of a find!
