Bakelite with metal Escrutcheon, Enamel,Wood,leather,celluloid,Cloth,buffed celluloid,Lucite type, Faux tortoise, Antler,tinted metal backs,wood backs,Inlay,vegetable Ivory or Rubber, Moonglows, Carved pearl and shell, Cricket Cages,
Sizes range from 1/4 inch to 1-7/8 inches!

All are in good to excellent vintage condition. Some show minor wear, scratches, or some patina due to their age.A few may have a ding or few bite.T may be some with bent shanks. Some of these buttons may be older than 80 years. As with all vintage items, they are not perfect. T minor flaws add beauty and character.

Tis a unique leather button with a bird on it,a unique praying mantisunder glass w/silver metal back, an incredible little shell and metal jack knife. T is a gorgeous apple juice button (it has a tiny flaw or cut in side), still beautiful. A unique oriental face, small poodle, Two pretty birds on black/gold button, Some unique carved wood buttons-that look like cookies, brass Neptune,Many beautiful plant life victorian metal, A small victorian with a butterfly,Cameo's,An incredible green art glass button, Many super sparkling rhinestones. Most have a shank on the back-attatched and self shank. A few sew throughs, mostly 2-hole.
Markings are: Made in Cechoslovakia, (t is no z after the c).
Birchcroft china? Geschueizt. Scoville mgf co. waterbury. La mode. That is all i see,but I may have missed a few.
