India 1836 pre-stamp folded letter to Inverness, 'North Britain'. Fair boxed 'SHIP LETTER / DEAL' see also scan 2) and other marks, including fine '1/2' postage due mark (see scan 3). Good condition overall apart from a tear near to the wax seal, although the letter is not complete (see scan 4).
