I've been collecting for over forty years and I've reached the point where I have to downsize. It's either that or buy a bigger house and that's not in the works. It's very difficult to give many of these up but like I say, I've reached a saturation point. U.S. bidders only.This item is from a previous listing and is being relisted due to a failure to pay.Offered here is an almost one-of-a-kind recreation of an Indian War U.S. Cavalry M1873 leather halter bridle and reins. I believe this variety was also used extensively during the Civil War. The whole outfit is American made and of the finest historical quality (in materials and construction) available anywhere. These are so good that I doubt it could be told from an original. This assembly is absolutely accurate in construction and materials. They have been slightly used but you can hardly tell. The bridle assembly and reins are made of black bridle leather and have brass fittings. I'm not sure what more I can add read more
