PAYMENT Payment is to be received within 7 days of close of auction. We accept Paypal, e-check paypal, cashier checks, and money orders. Personal checks will be accepted but the item will not be sent until the check has cleared, (please list item number on all forms of payment). However, on a rare given time, t may be a delay in the process of shipment due to an employee being out on vacation, sick, etc., so please allow up to 7 days for shipment. We understand that some items may be time sensitive so please let us know if t is a rush and we will try to accommodate the best we can. Combined Orders : We do offer a combined shipping discount within a 7 day period, (see discount below). Please wait until you are COMPLETELY finished before checking out and requesting an invoice. All items MUST be paid together if you want the shipping discount. 2-3 items 10% off total s&h charges 4-7 items 20% off total s&h charges 8-12 items 25% off total s&h charges 13 or more 30% off on all s&h charges Insurance is required on all auctions over $20.00 and optional for anything below. Its $1.75 for $50.00 or less, $2.30 for $100 coverage and $1.95 for every $100.00 after that (quote is for U.S. insurance only). Insurance is optional for items under $20.00; HOWEVER, if you choose to decline and the item is lost or damaged during route, we are not responsible and WILL NOT replace/refund your item. It is unfair to decline insurance and give negative feedback if the item left our hands unbroken and arrived damaged. International Buyers: Once the item(s) leaves our store, we are not responsible for its arrival or condition. International postal services vary, as does the care they take in assuring a good delivery. You know your own postal service, we don't. If you choose to buy from us, you are assuming all responsibility as to delivery of item, unless insurance is purchased. Insurance is required for anything over $20 and optional for anything below. International insurance is $3.50 for anything under $50, $5.00 for $100.00 and an additional $3.00 for every $100.00 after that. Please note that we insure through a 3 rd party which requires 45 days to pass before we can file a claim (60 days for Italy ). Our Shipping and Handling fees are not negotiable. We offer our discount on multiple items purchased as long as they are paid together. Please note that s&h includes ALL fees and costs related with the items listed, including but not limited to: packing materials (boxes, envelopes, paper, bubble wrap, and Styrofoam peanuts), gas, cost of labor, etc. Itâe(tm)s not just a flat shipping cost. If you are unhappy with our fees, please do not bid on the item. Many of our items start between .01 to .99 cents with no reserve. TERMS OF SALE We try to take the best picture and give the best description on our items. All sales are final unless buyer has a valid claim that the item is not as described in listing.
