Individual Ash Tray with Roadrunner design

I believe this may be a small pewter ash tray with what appears to be a Native American type design of feathers in the center. Scalloped edges all around inset with triangles. The roadrunner appears on the holder for the cigarette itself and it is incised on this piece. T are three tiny feet on the bottom.

Unusual piece -- I have no idea of its age or origin as I am not the original owner. Measures 2-3/4" diameter and stands 1/2" high.
