'Susie' Reborn,1/28/2011 5 lbs. & 19 inches Sydney sculpt by Jorja Pigott Hello everyone and welcome to my auction! My name is Chelle Gomes and I am the reborn artist behind, 'Infinite Dream Babies' I reside in the great state of Texas and have worked my whole life in the arts. I am not new to the creation of reborn dolls. I have been making them for a long time, but I have only recently started using eBay. I invest a lot of work, and time on my dolls & like to think of them as true one of a kind works of art! I will not deem a doll finished until I am completely satisfied that it is as close to lifelike and as realistic as possible. I enjoy seeing each one of my creations come to " Life" slowly over a period of weeks, with the time and patience I so passionately invest. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, I am very easy to work with and want my customers to be happy! Susie has been painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints that will never fade or chip off. The skins appears transparent and you can see the subtle veins through the mottled baby like skin tones. Layer upon layer, she has that newborn " skin" look. Just precious! Her hair has been painted with genesis heat set paints and sealed . Her nose has been opened & backed with dark felt. She has rooted eyelashes in the same brown color. Her nails are very natural looking. The baby's body is made of soft doe suede in a flesh color and has 3/4 jointed arms and legs. She has a belly plate that comes off and on easily. (Please note that the belly plate is not part of her cloth body and doesn't cover it completely) Baby is a little floppy so her head will need to be supported. Once you hold her you won't want to put her down! She has a magnet for her magnetic pacifier dummy. Care should be taken around electronics and pacemakers as these magnets are very strong. She is of heirloom quality, which can be passed down to family members for generations.I am not a pro photographer however, I tried to capture the true image of this baby in all her photos with the use of a digital camera at different times of day . These pictures do not do her justice as she is just a must see in person! I have not retouched any of these photos. Please enjoy her pics! Going home baby Susie will be wearing her cute outfit, her diaper, her magnetic pacifier & belly plate, and swaddled in her baby blanket. She will also come with her reborn birth certificate & care instructions. Bears and anything else in pics that is not mentioned in " going home" are props and will not be included in this auction.
