GENERAL: All items come from a smoke-free home. We will pack each item with great care, but always recommend that you purchase optional insurance. Once an item has been shipped we cannot be responsible for delivery errors or mishaps. We do not offer refunds or replacements for uninsured lost or damaged items.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We combine purchases whenever possible. Unfortunately, some items cannot be combined for various reasons. Items must close within 5 days of each other and must be paid for in one payment. If you receive an invoice or payment reminder while waiting for additional auctions to close, feel free to let us know. Please do not ask for a combined shipping total until the auction is complete and all items have been won. In many cases, eBay's shipping calculator automatically combines the given weights and will provide you with a combined total at checkout. Otherwise, we generally start with the highest shipping charge and add approximately half of the others.

ITEM CONDITION: We do our best to give accurate and detailed descriptions and photos w possible. (We also use stock photos as they tend to show more detail and preserve the new-ness of the item for sale). If an item has never been used, we consider it to be new, even if the outer packaging is imperfect or removed entirely. Some of our items are purchased in bulk lots and the outer packaging may become damaged or dirty. If the item inside is affected it will be stated in the auction description. Otherwise, you can expect to receive the item itself in the condition stated. We are not out to deceive anyone at any time, so if we have missed something, feel free to bring it to our attention. (Please remember that we do not respond to threats or accusations)
