Interesting 19thC Wine Glass with Faceted Hollow Stem
Offering for sale this interesting nineteenth century hand blown wine or champagne glass which has a faceted hollow stem and stepped circular foot. It stands 4.875 inches high and measures 2.5 inches in diameter across the top and 2.5 inches across the foot. The base carries a rough pontil mark.
On very close inspection there is a pin-head graze to the rim of the bowl, there are a few tiny trapped air bubbles within the glass and also several small light surface scratches which are noticeable when held to the light. It is otherwise in great condition with no chips or cracks.
Please note that I will only send parcels to ITALY, BELGIUM or FRANCE via registered airmail which is an additional £5.50
