Title: Unknown; Late 19th/Early 20th Century Arts and Crafts Style Landscape Medium: Oil Painting on Canvas Size: 17 x 15 inches; 22 by 20 overall Artist: Unsigned Work Description: Interesting original oil painting on canvas of a forest creek. Strong Arts & Crafts feel to this one. Nice Fall colors. Lots of nice visible brush strokes. Looks to be the work of a trained artist. I purchased this painting several years ago in Indiana and I suppose it could be a Hoosier artist. No visible signature present. Great looking decorative piece with plenty of appeal. Condition: Good overall condition. Stretcher lines starting to become visible, tightening the canvas may alleviate this minor problem. Previous repaired area on the back of the canvas. Frame: Period frame with nice carved decorations on the outer rail. Nice patina on the frame. Listed: Unknown
