Item 26603S-05 Car # 70840 All items appear to be new in the box. They have been in air conditioned storage for some time.They are sold AS IS . Please ask questions as there are no returns. All items start at 99 cents and go to the highest bidder. Payment: Paypal is prefered. I will gladly accept personal checks but will wait until cleared before shipping the item. Please don't send cash. Please wait to pay until I send an invoice. Most times I will have an invoice to you later the same day. Usually within a few hours. Most times I will over estimate the shipping costs but will correct them after the items is packed and weighed. Sometimes they will be under estimated due (un-intentionally) to the need for extra packing materials to ship safely. Either way I charge actual shipping costs as weighed on my scale. Once in a while my scale reads slightly different then the P.O.scale, usually when it is right at a given pound, and the shipping is slightly less. (most times by several hundredths of a pound which I can't measure) Please don't complain about minor variances. I do my best to get it right. I don't pre pack items as many customers want to buy multiple items and have them shipped together which will save you on shipping costs. If they don't sell they will go to a train show and I don't want to unpack. If you pay before I send an invoice DO NOT ask for a refund of the overage. If you pay too early and there is not enough shipping I will contact you and not ship until the additional is paid. If you are planning on combining shipping with my other auctions,please give me a heads up just before the auction ends so I don't pack till you have bought all you want shipped together. Sorry for the long diatribe but you can't believe the problems caused by the folks who don't read the terms. All sales are final: No returns. Too many people are abusing the return policy and I refuse to pay return shipping when it is not my fault. I am willing to answer any questions you may have. I will try to get you an answer within 24 hours. If you are unsure of the items condition, quality,operation, please don't bid. Shipping: Buyer pays ALL shipping costs. This includes any insurance if you want it. I don't automatically add insurance as some folks want to keep their shipping costsdown. You will need to let me know if you want an item insured so I can add the cost to the shipping costs on the invoice. If any single item exceeds $100 I will recomend you to insure it as I will not take financial responsibility for a damaged item. I don't pay to insure your item. Remember that the Post Office seems to hire Gorillas to move the maiI and I don't take responsability for damage if you don't buy insurance. Items that will fit into a Priority Shipping box from the USPS will be shipped priority mail . Please don't ask for me to spend an hour or two looking for a box to save 80 cents on shipping. I am willing to do this only if you are will to let me add $25/hr to the shipping costs for my time to locate a box. If you buy more then one item I will gladely combine shipping, usually in a non priority box and save you on shipping costs. I try to ship the next day after payment if at all possible. Exceptions are for checks where it will be shipped after the check clears my bank. (expect two weeks,10 working days) I ship only to the United States. If you live out of the country but have a US address to ship to that is fine. Please let me know this before the auction closes.The US address needs to come up on the who bought it e-mail from EBAY.
