International Harvester 16 oz. Claw Hammer I believe this is an original 16 oz. claw hammer that the International Harvester Tractor Company provided in some of their tool kits. The hammer handle appears original with some original white paint still intact. The top of the handle is still tightly secure in the hammer head, but t is some splitting w the wedges are. The Harvester stamped imprint is large and very easily readable. The opposite side of the hammer head does show some pitting or perhaps side striking of small nails. Both working ends of the hammer are in good shape, free of chips or abuse. If you like antique woodworking carpenter hammers, this will be a hard to replace hammer for your collection.
