You are bidding on a 105 piece set of International Sterling silver flatware in the "Orchid" pattern from 1929. T is just a "hodge podge" of pieces. I will list them in detail. These have been used but are in very good condition. All polished up and ready for use! They are all stamped with International, the logo, STERLING, and Pat 1929. I couldn't take a photo of the back as I couldn't load enough photos. T are no monograms nor have their been. They all come in a mahogany chest that has a drawer. The set consists of: 8 ea Grill/Viande knives. 8 1/2" long. Weight is 14.2 ounces. Not solid silver and have stainless steel blades. 6 ea butter knives. 8 3/4" long. Weight is 11.1 ounces. Not solid silver and have stainless steel blades. 14 ea butter spreaders. 6" long. Weight is 13.3 ounces. solid silver 6 ea Grill/Viande forks. 7 3/4" long. Weight is 12.1 ounces. Solid silver 8 ea dinner forks. 7 1/4" long. Weight is 14.8 ounces. Solid silver 14 ea salad forks. 6 3/8" long. Weight is 17.6 ounces. Solid silver 20 ea teaspoons. 5 7/8" long. Weight is 18 ounces. Solid silver 16 ea cocktail forks. 5 1/2" long. Weight is 9.1 ounces. Solid silver 8 ea 5'clock/youth spoons?. 5 1/8" long. Weight is 4.4 ounces. Solid silver 3 ea Tablespoon/serving spoons. 8 1/2" long. Weight is 7.9 ounces. Solid silver 1 ea Jelly server spoon. 6 3/8" long. Weight is .9 ounces. Solid silver 1 ea Olive spoon. 6" long. Weight is .7 ounces. Solid silverThe total weight of the set without the knives is 98.8 ounces or 90.05 troy ounces. Total weight including knives is 124.1 or 113.11 troy ounces. This set is very nice! My starting bid is around scrap price. Total weight with chest is 16 pounds!
