The title of this item is "Iron Ore and the Chicago & North Western Railway." It's dated 10-1-70 and is a copy of an official document prepared by the CNW C&NW to detail all facets of its iron ore and taconite hauling business including the processing plants in Michigan and Wisconsin. Item is primarily text and data with supporting charts and maps 8.5" x 11" about 85 pages in a clear front binder and this copy is as clear and legible as was the original. This particular copy was made for the CNW's Chief Mechanical Officer's office and they received this copy Nov. 24, 1970. This is an informational and statistical Holy Grail of iron ore data for the C&NW, really cool stuff.
