Item - Flow Mulbery Serving Dish Description - This antique flow mulberry/black transfer rectangular serving dish was produced by Joseph Clementson between 1840 and 1864. The pattern is called "Leipsic." This dish measures 10 1/2" long, 7 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" deep. The only flaw is a 1/4" fleck in the glaze (not chipped porcelain) on the underside of the rim. T is some very light glaze crazing, common to pottery of this vintage. This piece has a book value of close to $400.
