The Island of Sheep [Richard Hannay Series Number Five] by John Buchan, First Edition with Dust JacketA First Edition, [First Printing] of 'The Island of Sheep' by John Buchan in Very Good+ condition in a Very Good condition pictorial dust jacket published by Hodder and Stoughton Limited in 1936 Condition Summary: (Very Good+/Very Good) A very tidy, tightly bound book with clean boards and pages, in a clean bright dust jacket. All notable faults: Book has paper lightly tanned at the edges. Pictorial dust jacket has two small 4 mm deep chips on the head of the spine, one long tear on the upper panel with a tape repair of unknown origin on the reverse, a few very short closed tear, minor wear on the corners and edges and very lightly sunned on the spine.
