Isle of Man Crown This has been in our family since 1970 , the first year of producing this coin. It comes with the case shown and is uncirculated. I believe it to be a Silver Proof of which just 15000 were minted. However ,no certificate is available. The obverse of the Crown bears Machin's portrait of the Queen and the legend "Elizabeth The Second" The reverse depicts the Manx Cat with "Isle of Man" and "One Crown 1970" designed by Christopher Ironside. Weight : 28.2 grams Diameter : 38.6mm Any questions , please ask.
