FANTASTIC, ORIGINAL 1977 SIGNED LETTER FROM THE FAMOUS SCIENCE FICTION WRITER ISAAC ASIMOV. This terrific signed note was written by Asimov to Milton T. Wolf on November 4th, 1977. The content of his message is ironic, and quite notable. Asimov, a master at taking his readers on marvelous journeys through his writings, reveals his reluctance to travel: "...I do not fly and I do not take long trips and t is just no way in which I will ever be in Nevada." Isaac Asimov (1920-1992) was a Russian-born American author and biochemist. A highly successful and prolific writer, he is best known for his works of science fiction and popular science. Asimov wrote or edited numerous volumes, and has works in virtually every major category of the Dewey Decimal System. He is universally considered a master of the science-fiction genre. Along with Robert A. Heinlein and Arthur C. Clarke, Asimov was often referred to as one of the "Big Three" science-fiction writers during his lifetime. His most famous work is the "Foundation Series," and he later tied his "Galactic Empire" series and "Robot" series into his Foundation Series.
