NO RESERVE!!! This figurine is called "It Is Better To Give Than To Receive" PM #12297. It's a cute policeman writing a ticket. I'd rather give that one away! It was issued in 1985 and suspended in 1987 - very short time in production! The mark on this one is the Dove (First Mark!). The figurine is in perfect condition and is in it's original box. I'm listing this figurine at the incredibly low starting price of $9.99 with NO RESERVE!!! What a wonderful gift, or addition to your collection!
