Sure you see these lovely puffed hearts still around these days, but the aged silver and beautiful engraving of an older piece is certainly hard to resist!Part of my Mother's Estate, she often wore this heart. It is larger, measuring nearly 1-1/2" including the bale. Marked "925" on the bale, "Italy, 925 NF" on the clasp of the chain. Box link chain measures 24".Excellent condition. Has been slightly cleaned.
