ITALIAN Tiffany FISH SERVER or CRUMBER Sterling CONDITION: EXCELLENT + !!! The piece shows light use, with no scratches, bends, repairs or any other problems. With much looking, I have only found one other piece with this shape. In Tiffany Silver Flatware by William P. Hood, Jr., page 283 shows a fish serving knife with an identical back (pg. 122 has a simular shape too). It is hard to explain the slots alone the back of a crumber, but if you tilt the server slightly backwards, excess fish juice would be eliminated. T is also a very nice boarder and design that completely surrounds the blade. To account for the straight blade, I am also considering that it may be a crumber.
