You are looking at an item that has been in my family from day 1. This table belongs to my aunt who is in her early 80's. It has sat in her family room unnoticed. Like most people she has kept a lamp & all kinds of do-dads on it. While putting down new carpet I took notice to it. She said she would like to replace it w/ a newer table. So, it is on sale on ebay. What I did in researching this table is to locate a table similar to what we have. I then called the internet site & asked them for information. They allowed me to email several pictures of the table in hopes of receiving the information I needed. This is the email they sent back in response. hi... thanks for the pictures... lovely table. Probably Italy 1950s. They are valuable for the old paint. Is a combination of steel and cut out tin (The flowers) Lot of it came from Italy and w lamps and hanging chandelier. Enjoy your table it is certainly very pretty. Hope all the other pieces that she have are as pretty as this one... thx... I will be glad to email you t site on a more personal basis, but don't feel it's fair to them to give out info on my ebay description. The color of the green table & pink tulips all original. As you can see by the pictures t is some rust, but does not take away the value or desirability. The glass has been replaced & does not go w/ the auction. read more
