Ready to enhance your collection is this 2 Gallon Stoneware Crock made and stamped by J. Fisher, Lyons, N.Y. This is the mark of Jacob Fisher who ran the pottery in Lyons from 1872-1902. This beauty features a clear maker's stamp, a freehand "2" capacity mark, and a Tornado . Measures 9"tall and 10" wide. Fair Condition . Three tight hairlines from the rim down. One in front of the right handle (2.5"), one to the left of the decoration (2.75") and one ot the right of the decoration (3.5"). A 1/4" and 1/2" flake on the inside of the rim and some light staining. No outer rim chips or repairs. A Fisher Crock with Tornado in Fair Condition.
