This is an original J.M. Young & Sons Mission Oak Rocker Original finish with Paper Label underneath.. Label says... J.M. Young & Sons No 384 Camden, N. Y. This is very sturdy with 5 Wide Slats on back... Instead of the normal 4 ... The Chair Measures 43 Inches high. Im not sure if all the leatherwork is Original But I do know that the back leather was put on for comfort instead of leaning against the wood. An Attempt was made to match the color of the leather on the seat.. If you look close the leather on the back has 2 letter Ls on it That is the actual brand mark on the hide of the animal.. I Think the seat leather is original but I cant be sure...Appears matched well.. Im not sure if the back leather would have come on the chair originally I think would look much nicer showing the natural wood slats.. It can be removed with ease it is only attached with upholstry tacks....I took a number of pictures for you to observe.... Some, with the seat off so you can see the springs on the underside.. Shipping will have to be discussed I can be reached at to answer any questions.. Good luck on this great hard to find J.M.Young & Sons Rocker with the original PAPER LABEL and NUMBERED
