This ATS 34 Boot Knife was created by myself {J Rozich} of Gwinn MI. I have been making knives for over 10 years and this is some of my highest quality work. Not only is this some of my best, but the materials I have used for this knife are some of the most sought after materials in a knife. To begin, the knife was hand and hollow ground on both sides out of ATS 34 {ONE OF THE HIGHEST RATED STEEL FOR KNIVES ON THE MARKET} and left with a great 600 grit satin finish. The total length is 7 1/2" by 1/8"thick and the blade measures 3 1/2". The entire blade and tang{FULL} have been professionally heat treated and Cryo tempered to 58 59 RC, after the holes were drilled as to keep its original RC. The handle is highly sought after Pre-Ban Elephant Ivory, highly polished and kept in place using 2ton epoxy and 4 1/8" Nickel/Silver pins. The handle comes highly polished, pictures do this knife no justice. The knife comes with a handmade boot sheathe and is new never used.
