JACK DANIELS TENNESSEE BICENTENNIAL 1796-1996 BOTTLE

UNOPENED, MINT & UNREGISTERED!

Offered for auction is a full and sealed Jack Daniels Tennessee Bicentennial 1796-1996 bottle in excellent condition with hang tag. This is a really rare and unique find for all Jack Daniel collectors. The bottle, hang tag and box are all in pristine condition. It is topped with a pewter style cork. The bottle is firmly sealed and does not leak when tipped on its side. This bottle has been stored in a dark, temperature controlled room since I originally purchased this back in 1995. It was taken out of the box only once to take these photographs. This bottle has never been registered with the distillery. You can register this bottle with the Jack Daniels Distillery and receive a certificate of ownership. Please refer to the photos to see the condition of this highly collectible decanter.

A LITTLE HISTORY

In 1796, Tennessee ratified the U.S. Constitution and became the 16th state. 100 years later, Mr. Jack designed a special decanter to honor his home state.
The bottle was very difficult to make. Tfore, only a few were ever produced. These were given to Mr. Daniel's closest friends and associates.
The original bottle had a long twisting neck.

Whiskey Proof: 96 (note the higher than normal proof, in honor of the year)

Winning Bidder agrees to pay all shipping costs. Since bottles containing alcohol cannot be insured during shipping, the buyer will assume all responsibility for the bottle during the shipping process, but I will make sure it's packed extremely well to help ensure it makes it t in excellent shape. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end or item may be relisted. Shipping costs will average about $14 shipped to U.S. destinations. Shipping for countries outside of the U.S. will be higher.
