Very scarce EC fanzine published by Phil Roberts. Great cover artwork of a Barry Goldwater eating a T.V. dinner by future underground comic artist Jay Lynch. This issue includes three separate comic art stories with artwork by Jay Lynch for a total of 9 pages. Where Have all the Heros (sic) Gone by Mike Deckinger about superhero comics, The Pulitzer Cartoon Farce by Joe Pilati, The Decline and Rise of Mad Magazine by Ted Reed (plus a preview for Mad 75), and fanzine reviews. Letters are by John C. Roberts, Walt Taylor, Joe Pilati, Jay Ward of Los Angeles, the great animator (positive comments), Mrs. Harry Kemberling, Jay Nielsen, Skip Williamson, Deckinger, Pat Ellis, Bernie Bubnis, Jr. Jay Lynch, and Ted Reed.
