Original London Times Friday October 19, 1888, featuring Jack the Ripper "From Hell" letter on page 5. The ultimate collector's item for any Ripperologist or fan of Whitechapel or Ripper Street, as well as lovers of the Victorian era. A slice of history. The paper has been lightly bound and then folded, as you can see. It seems to have sustained minimal damage, all things considered. There is a tear in the back page (see pic) and the pages themselves are stiff with age but not faded. Note to international bidders: Free p&p is for the UK only. From a smoke-free home. Also pet-free. Please email me with any questions! PLEASE NOTE: I’m not a professional seller or a business - just someone having a clear-out and hoping to find nice homes for some of my things. I’ve described everything to the best of my ability and I’ve been completely honest in my listings. So if you have any problems, please email me. I’m not out to rip anyone off, just hopefully make a little pocket money. Thanks! Paper measures 18 x 24" and the Jack the Ripper article (column) itself measures 3 x 9 1/2 ".
