This tea service has six of each, tea plates, saucers and cups plus a milk jug and sugar bowl. It was made approx around 1914-1920 which you can verify by checking the stamp on each piece of china. I believe Jackson and Gosling were also known by the name Grosvenor. It has the number 628867 stamped on the bottom. It's a truly beautiful, very old tea service. I've never used it, it's been on display in a glass cabinet. I've checked it all over, the gold edging is in tact on all pieces but it's slightly worn on the sugar bowl which also has two fine hairline cracks. One of the saucers has been broken during a house move and it's been glued together (see photo). Other than this, it's all in tact and in lovely condition for it's age. Buyer can collect but I'm happy to post. I've described the tea service as accurately as I can. I therefore cannot accept any liability if damage occurs in transit although if buyer requires the item be posted, I will make every effort to wrap the tea service securely.
