Jacobs 35 Coca cola soda vending machine ALL ORIGINAL very rare coca cola machine fully working Antique 1947 Antique 1946-1947 coca cola soda vending machine FL jacobs Measurement of machine are from front view 19" inches from the side 25" inches and is 4' foot 6" inches tall. Very rare machine and hard to find in this condition. Makes the vendo 39s the 81s 44s and all the high priced "rare" restored others look common. you never see Jacobs vending machines up for auction and especially at this price in all original condition. I invite you to search for another jacobs and if you can find one look at the price. I own and have sold some of the rarest coca cola vending machines and coca cola antiques this is the most unique by far. About the machine everything on the machine is original except for the locks t are 3 locks one for the side service door one for the coin box and one for the coin acceptor cover, it also has no feet on them i took them off and currently looking for them it has no effect on machine. FL jacobs co was one of the only authorized companies allowed to make vending machines during WWII era due to metal shortage and the chute that the soda comes down in is actually mahogany wood. Very few of these machines were made, the Jacobs company only made vending machines for about 3 years. Compressor, condensor and all refrigerant parts are made by Frigidaire . Dayton Ohio and the machine does have the original tin tag with specs the black rubber door gasket is in excellent condition showing no age wear or deterioration. The condition of the exterior of the machine is all original paint and emblems the paint is in good condition it is original and it does have chips bumps and one small dent about half the size of a dime. The machine is originally a nickel machine then was changed to 6 cents and then changed to a dime which it is currently at. the reason i mention this is if you look from a certain angle you can see remnants of old stickers stating 6 cents add penny first & another sticker DIME ONLY really unnoticeable but wanted to mention. Again the machine is fully functioning insert dime turn handle and get an ice cold coca cola. The condensor and compressor are in excellent condition within the last year i had freon removed and filled with enviro friendly refrigerant does have temperature control adjustor and cools down within minutes of plugging machine in. has original cord in good condition has a couple of areas of wear but wiring is 100%. The barrel and all mechanics are in excellent condition and it does have a shelf to pre cool 40 bottles. overall the machine is excellent no rust or rot no need for restoration the machine was and has been hardly used never used outdoors and has many years of use ahead of it. It also has the red lens& nbsp;button or disc light on the front of the machine that lights up red and says empty obviously when empty. The engineering that went into this machine is absolutely unique and drastically different compared to any other vending machine the coin acceptor can be changed to accept five cents 6 cents or a dime. The way the machine was designed is to hold 35 bottles in the barrel 3 in each pie slot. the barrel is angled so when one bottle was served another would roll into its position. Another total unique feature of the jacobs 35 is if you notice the coin box is in the bottom right hand corner of the machine you insert your change up top and it goes thru coin acceptor drops down into a change catch and rolls down thru an internal tube that is in the inside of the side of the machine your change ends up rolling down and dropping into the coin box. It has so many other unique engineering features that i have never seen on any other vending machine, and very few vending machine buyers and collectors and coca cola collectors have ever seen this machine in its original form. I just sold another machine same make & model but not in as good of condition. I accept paypal but would rather USPS money order due to high percentage of paypal fees ...
