These are very rare Martha Stewart commissioned jadeite covered footed bowls. They were sold only very briefly through the Martha Stewart Living website years ago. I bought them thinking they would make a lovely addition to my jadeite collection, and they ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL. They have never been used, which is why I need to sell them! They are wasted on a non-gourmet like me who doesn't cook or have dinner parties! They are perfect for fancy dinners featuring several courses...great for individual servings of soup, sorbet, appetizers, etc. I am selling the complete set. This auction is for 10 covered acorn bowls, that's 10 bases and 10 tops. I only have ten sets total, so get them while you can! I have never seen them on eBay before, which just goes to show you how rare they are! Martha Stewart items have become highly collectible since she stopped selling her favorite items through catalog or on her website. Don't miss your chance to own something that will undoubtedly only increase in value. These dishes were commissioned and pressed exclusively for Martha Stewart using vintage molds. These are heavy, highly detailed pieces of glasswork that will serve you for generations if properly cared for. They are all in terrific, never been used condition, and have been stored in a china cupboard all this time. I require that glassware be insured for shipping. $60.00 added to the total of your auction should cover shipping(I am probably estimating a bit low, but if I am, the rest is on me!).
