Made for the English market, this 9K yellow gold gents vintage Jaeger LeCoultre wristwatch is circa 1940s. The case measures 30mm and has satin finish lugs and a shiny bezel. The original dial is marked Jaeger LeCoultre Fab Suisse and features Arabic and stick markers and center sweep second hand. There is a mark on the dial near 8 oclock. The manual wind movement is marked Fab Suisse Jaeger-LeCoultre Swiss. The outer case back is marked 8556 and the inside case back is marked 375, hallmarks, 9. There is a hallmark on the outside of the case near the crown. The leather strap has a gold filled Jaeger LeCoultre buckle. The watch runs and keeps time.
