Im am selling a genuine jaguar polo top (medium) that represents 40 years of mk2 jaguars from 1959 to 1999. i aquired it around 3 years ago at a car show and has been kept in a draw ever since. It is brand new with tags and any questions please contact chris The mk2 was one of jaguars most sucessful cars with over 1000,000 being produced. This was a car that established jaguar's reputation in the sports saloon sector. Dubbed the "executive express" the mk2, the smaller, sporty saloon, with its opulent features, powerful engine and affordable price, carried many british corporate managers on fast trips around the countryside. Speeding mk2 drivers often found themselves looking in the rear view mirror at another mk2, as these powerful saloons were the choice of 70% of all british mainland police forces in the 1960s.
