When it comes time to pay please notice we offer you at least two rates based on your delivery needs. If our P/H rates do not meet your needs, we ask that you do not bid. **We no longer ship any lots to ITALY over $25.00 unless you use registered mail and insurance. The cost for registered mail is $12.00 plus $1.00 per ounce**. Mailings to USA may be insured with new very low rates that are much less than USPS rates. US rates are .50 cents per 100$ or portion tof. Also, we are pleased to offer shipping Insurance for many of our International customers. Coverage is available to countries in Europe, India and Asia, China and the Pacific rim and Canada. The rate is $.50 per 25$ or portion tof. Insurance is not available to Africa, (except Egypt and South Africa), Mexico, Russia or counties of the former Soviet Union (registered mail is available to these countries at additional cost and provides 44$ insurance). We will still make insurance optional but will not honor any loss or damage claims without insurance!!."ALL Lot's over $250.00 require registered mail (Other than USA) or signature confirmation (in USA) this is to comply with PAYPAL BUYER/SELLER PROTECTION RULES" ....If you are not a US resident (mailed to an address with a USA ZIP CODE) you must pay the P/H amount in the listing for a NON-US ADDRESS. Failing to do so will cause your item to be delayed while we sort out w you live. We do combine lots for multiple UNITED STATES wins but ONLY IF PAID BY A SINGLE PAYMENT (insurance extra) and with a five day accumulation maximum (eBay time) from first win to last win. ....... Multiple International wins will sent for actual postage cost plus $2.00 for mailing supplies with a $5.00 minimum. International mailings via registered mail are possible and they are an additional expense. SHIPPING TO GREECE & ITALY (items over $25.00) must include insurance due to numerous problems. We have few problems with other international mail to other countries so insurance is still optional (but always recommended).....
