James Dean Statue The stars shine once again at The Collectors Showcase. Each movie star was exhaustively researched. And a myriad of film stills were utilized to capture every subtle facial characteristic. Each star is fully licensed by their prospective estates and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and fancy collectable four-color box with styrofoam insert. James Dean will forever evoke a feeling of youth and unrealized talent. Having completed only three films before his life was tragically taken during a fatal automobile accident in Bakersfield California. The unanimous feeling that Dean was potentially one of the most talented actors of his time only underscores the tragedy of his untimely passing. The statue is made out of a highly detailed heavy poly resin and is hand painted in vibrant acrylic colors. It which stands at 12.5 inches tall (1/6th scale) on a fancy art deco pedestal with a silver name plaque. This is a limited edition statue and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
