This is a very nice piece of Japan Lusterware by the Seiei & Co Company. It is a lidded dish, probably for butter or cheese with a Bluebird on top, surrounded by hand painted fruit. A very pretty piece. The base measures 6 1/2" across by approx 3 1/2" in height including the bird. No chips or cracks. Shipping will be actual cost.
