Beautiful Morimura Brothers Doll. 20" tall. Shoulder plate, jointed. Body/legs are leather. Head, arms are bisque. She is missing her right pinky finger. I'm not sure what her hair is made of - it is quite rough feeling, perhaps mohair. MB, Morimura Brothers - an 1870's importhouse began doll production in 1915. We found her listed in the 200 years of Dolls book. Her face is wonderful. There are no cracks (just loose hair - I take poor photos!)It does look like someone may have repaired a couple of the joints. Shipping includes double boxing and insurance.
