New from Japan's Disney Mall, "The Art of Disney" series 3. The third release in this beautiful series of pins, each has their own special backing card featuring the artwork on the pin. These pins are ONLY available from Disney Mall (they are not being sold in Japan Disney Store). Pin Size: 44mm x 31mm (approx: 1 3/4 inch x 1 1/4 inch) About the pins and their design: The Art of Disney is a special exhibition touring Japan and is made up of artwork taken from the closely guarded collection owned by the Animation Research Library (ARL) and from the cell collection discovered at The University of Chiba in 2005, which have now been expertly restored. The cell and background art of the exhibits are being released on goods sold in conjunction with the exhibition, including a series of pins (6 in the first release, 7 in the 2 nd and now another 6 in the 3 rd release). This artwork design is ONLY available on goods sold at Japan Disney Mall. The art is surrounded by its enamel frame and features the logo of the Disney Art exhibition, giving the impression of a small painting.
