DETAILS OF ITEM This is an antique Japanese Ikebana bamboo basket that measures 17.5" high and 9.75" in diameter at its widest point. It acquired its rich natural patina over time. Its intricate weave required much time to create. T is one tiny place near the upper section w half of the bamboo broke off (see photo). Other than this it is in very good condition for its age from the 1920's (Taisho era in Japan).
