Japanese Imari Soba-Choko/Tea Cup Antique Sometsuke porcelain cup featuring arabesque design with scattered flowers and "three friends of winter" design inside center! Hand painted underglaze! Scalloped rim. Signed on bottom! Circa late 1700's-early 1800's, late Edo era. From parent's personal collection amassed while living in Japan from mid 1950's thru early 70's! Measures 2 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" in diameter across top. Excellent condition! No chips, cracks, or repairs! Inside center has a couple glaze bubble bursts, and minor imperfections typical of old Imari. Scroll down for more pics! Delivery Confirmation included! Insurance optional.
