Sales and Shipping In U.S.A. Only NO RESERVE AUCTION WW2 Japanese Helmet Net ~ Field Made Type - HELMET IS NOT INCLUDED IN AUCTION - Auction Is For The Net Only! I acquired this helmet from an older gentleman at a gun show last year whom had it for 20 to 25 years, he thinks. It was acquired from the vet whom brought it back from the war by this person. This net was stuffed up inside the top of the liner, stored up above the inner padding material. At first, I thought it was just some extra stuffing padding pushed up t, but on closer examination, it appears to be some kind of a helmet net. With some time and guessing, I installed it as you see it on the very same helmet, which is, the helmet in the pictures. I'm not real big on helmet nets, so I've decided to keep the salty Japanese WWII helmet and offer the net for sale. The helmet, I think, is a medium size, so that's the size shell the net would probably fit best. The helmet opening measures 10 & 3/4 Inches front to back and 9 & 1/4 Inches side to side. As I'm going to keep and display the salty helmet, this Auction Is For the Net Only. No problems with the net and no tags on it, just a field made type net for a Japanese Helmet, I think.
